How to subscribe to service advisories that notify you of updates, changes, and/or issues affecting RedSky.

Description

RedSky communicates product updates, maintenance activities, service degradation events,
system status alerts, call routing, and VPC outages via our status page found HERE.

Users will be able to select the portal they would like the alerts for as well as the components
such as Portal Availability, API, and Call Routing. Users can subscribe via email or SMS.

Subscribing or Modifying Subscriptions

To subscribe or modify a subscription:

1. Navigate to the Status page via
   • Status tab
   • Status indicator
   • Click HERE
2. From the RedSky Status page, select SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. By default, it
   will prompt you to subscribe with an email.
   

By Email

Enter your email address, and select SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.

By Phone (SMS)

Notice you are also able to subscribe using a phone number in order to receive an SMS message.
Enter your phone number to ensure the initial advisories are sent to your phone to alert you of any information we are trying to send to you.

NOTE: Using SMS requires that you confirm you want to receive messages via SMS and you will receive an SMS message on your phone asking you to confirm your subscription. You must confirm to be subscribed properly.

The same list of features will then appear for you to select for your phone subscription.

You will then be prompted to select the features you want to subscribe to: 

• API: The availability and performance of the system's API, including functionality, authentication services, and any API provisioning capabilities.
• Portal Availability: The accessibility and functionality of the user-facing portal or web interface.
• Call Routing: The functionality of the calling platform, including VPC outages.

Make your selections and then click Save.

Unsubscribing From All Subscriptions

Follow the same steps and choose unsubscribe at the top of the page.
